@JRKK23@WBA The same way being fans turning on a club legend, calls for him to be sacked, negative views and then leaving the club all together.
I don’t see us challenging for promotion because we have less money and a smaller squad with less quality than he had so it’ll be harder.
@WBA@pllttjck@fitlifefoods First target in the window has to be Imray, he’s like a prime Furlong with pace!
Watford played like it was a contractual obligation, their season is over so it was nice to see us playing with freedom with 3 great goals.
COYB!
@WBA@fitlifefoods I don’t know what I’m more surprised by, the clean sheet or that we didn’t score one of those chances! 😅
Better than expected against a good side but wow we’ve got three strikers and none look like scoring and a real problem creating width from missing wide players to injury.
@AlbionTemplar@WBA@fitlifefoods No game is over until the final whistle, but that’s just excuses. There’s a reason the phrase “two points dropped” gets used.
I don’t need to have played football to know that, I’m assuming you’re a former pro and that’s where you learnt this insight? 😅
@BruntyMozza@WBA@fitlifefoods At full time yes, other than Blackburn getting ahead. However at half time, the results at the time had us with a cushion which we dropped two points, the others all gained a point to match our result so instead of getting 3 points ahead, we all stayed still
@JRKK23@WBA@fitlifefoods Not at all, I said we’re back to watching teams around us again, when at half time, we had breathing room to focus on our own results.
I’d have taken a point before the game but when you’re 2-0 up at half time, there’s no excuse not to win.
Am I wrong? 🤷🏼♂️
