In Buenos Aires, I met with @SantiPenap and thanked Paraguay for its decisive support for Ukraine within international organizations.

Ukraine’s Peace Formula. We have already held three successful meetings of national security and foreign policy advisors. We count on Paraguay joining the implementation of the Peace Formula.

We hope to see as many Latin American countries as possible at the next Peace Formula talks in Switzerland in January 2024.

We discussed ways to develop trade between Ukraine and Paraguay. I also invited President Peña to visit Ukraine.

I met with @DanielNoboaOk and congratulated him on his recent election as Ecuador's President.

I thanked Ecuador for its stance in support of resolutions condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine and invited it to the next Peace Formula meeting in January 2024.

The support and strong united voice of Latin American countries that stand with the people of Ukraine in our fight for freedom and democracy is very important for us.

We exchanged views on the challenges posed by destabilization in different parts of the world.

We also discussed new prospects for Ukraine and Ecuador to expand bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of security, digitalization, and agricultural trade.

We paid special attention to the potential of the Ukraine-Latin America summit. I also invited President Daniel Noboa to visit our country.
