Push lesson that costs everyone a week:
A successful API response from your push provider does not mean the notification was delivered.
It means it was accepted. Delivery shows up in a receipt, minutes later.
Check only the ticket and dead devices look healthy forever.
The hard part of putting an LLM in a health app isn't stopping medical advice.
It's stopping it from refusing everything.
Ask a guarded model "remind me to take my metformin at 8" and it says "consult your doctor."
Over-refusal isn't safety. It's a broken feature in a costume.

Quick question:
You're building a ticket booking site for a massive concert.
Millions of users are trying to book from the same pool of 10,000 seats.
How do you handle the traffic spike and prevent overselling, ensuring each seat is sold only once?
How do you design it?
