There are subtleties of doing a good RGP before redo pyeloplasty. Low vs high pressure contrast injection tells me there is a decent (but obstructed) lumen that I may not need to re-dismember. ICG: good vascularity. A generous posterior Henike Mikulicz to pelvis=great solution!
