What does this mean?

Creating space happens within our lower half with a good load aka hinge/coil.

The speed is Bat Speed. Doing these load based drills with the speed trainers and the intent to move fast.

The step back drill is essential for improving your load. By shifting your weight onto your back leg and loading into your back hip/glute, you create a natural hinge in your pelvis. A good load is crucial for a successful swing, so focus on perfecting this foundational movement.
