Douglas County, Kansas, judge sets Terrence Shannon Jr.'s preliminary hearing for his criminal trial on February 23rd. It will last from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

Shannon was charged with rape in December after an alleged incident at a bar.

Just In: UIUC spokesperson Robin Kaler has issued a statement on Terrence Shannon Jr.'s temporary restraining order against the University to lift his suspension:

Just In: Terrence Shannon Jr.'s suspension was upheld by the Board of Trustees panel last week.

Per University policy, this panel had to be put together within 48 hours of Shannon's suspension to determine whether or not to keep it in place.
