Our bills for the past 2 months are 1000% what we pay usually. I repeat, 1000%. This is a matter of urgency. To offer us ‘debt advice’ over the phone is offensive. Please follow up as promised.

@ScottishPower this service is unacceptable. Why do you refuse to acknowledge that our bills are simply ridiculous and something has gone wrong? You failed to fit a smart meter and now we are paying the price
@ScottishPower astronomical bill yet again, totally out of proportion to previous bills. Refusal to send an engineer to check out meter. Refusal to escalate. The only think you can do is give us a number for debt advice? Disgraceful.
