Emailed @greenbelt. They don't do refunds for illness (their policy requires hospitalisation), don't allow tickets to roll over to next yr. You can give your tickets to someone else. Fat chance. I bought my tickets in 2019 & the yr it finally happens I get covid the week before😭

@bekouk My £325 DSX83410tumbledryer won't dry laundry after 10hrs. 2 Engineers not found fault. Beko phoneline say its not a tumbledryer & a heatpump dryer is not designed to dry clothes fully. Yes, really. Mis-sold! AppliancesDirect @ukappliances won't take it back. Frustration!
