This is about consumers purchasing a service (concert) and then being given a service that is neither fit for purpose or as described. Both of which are basic Consumer rights in the UK.

Each show is an individual performance by an artist, with support, changing that artist makes it into a different performance - despite @BBC6Music trying to call it a festival.
