@Pdorrestein1@PaoloBonini6 Big takeaway for me is that in silico predicted spectral fragmentation libraries are still far behind experimentally produced MSn (n>=2) in-house libraries for accurately determining metabolite identifications.
(Nature MS) A spectroscopic test suggests that fragment ion structure annotations in MS/MS libraries are frequently incorrect https://t.co/UedPqpXaA3 (RSS) #nature#MassSpecRSS
'Curious on what the current practices in LC-MS untargeted #metabolomics are - what is done and what is reported? Scoping review on the use of pooled quality control samples by @mQACC out now! https://t.co/Om5yPOzgSi
During #MetSoc2022@mQACC disseminated recent findings from community-engagement efforts on untargeted LC–MS #metabolomics - thanks again to the >200 attendees! Report is out now: https://t.co/1fu1f8lTrW

@soledadobrien@historyinmemes Same here! Originally built in 1915, added to in 3 separate stages before I bought it. Bones of the house are in incredible shape. Do you know the model of the original home?
@historyinmemes I own one of these Sears homes! Bought from the 1914 catalog and built in 1915. Can’t seem to find the original model anywhere online, but it is a high craftsman style home, single story, 6 rooms. Beautiful, love it so much!!
Thank you Philip Britz-McKibbin and Dajana Vuckovic and team for organizing such a successful #MetSoc2023 conference. Amazing speakers, posters and fantastic discussions and network sessions
Great call! It’s up to us as a #metabolomics and #lipidomics community to help define these consensus values. October is the deadline to submit your data on metabolites in SRM1950. Let’s go team mass spec! https://t.co/D8Al2Zneev
