@TeamKnowhowUK @curryspcworld I now have an agent telling me its my problem it's damaged and because I failed to report it in 24 hours tough luck. The fact it's taken me 4 days to get to the point of someone speaking to me seems irrelevant.
@TeamKnowhowUK so after your advice I also started a chat on messenger about my faulty fridge delivery. I now have two agents that have run away. I started this process at 9am this morning
@TeamKnowhowUK @curryspcworld this is a very bad experience. You also got the delivery wrong now it's damaged, I can't get to speak to anyone that will help by phone or chat. Buy carefully at #curryspcworld after sale service is very poor
