It's normal, but the problem is that (1) the percentage has crept upwards over time, and (2) it's expected in places where it didn't used to be.
Back in the 70s and 80s, 10% was normal. Then in the 90s the normal became 15% and exceptional was 20% or more. Now people expect over 20%, even for self-service.

@1776Carolina3 I moved back 5 years ago after 20+ years in KY. The one thing that’s been hardest to adjust to is the how short the days get in winter. Especially in November after the clocks move back and it’s pitch black at 5.
