@British_Airways You cancelled flights on a Canada trip booked months (MMQJN9) and left no option but to abandon a long planned trip to see a relative then take ages to process the refund. How long does it take to process a refund following failure to provide the booked flight?

@British_Airways I have a flight to Nice (BA2626) soon (R98Z8C) and have 1 x checked bag at 23Kg. I would like to check I can take a bike box (standard dimensions 43x11x32 inches) weighing less than 23Kg. Your info suggests okay, but would be grateful if you can confirm. Thanks

@MitchLewisST @RyedaleDC I would echo what my cycling compadre says. I cycle eight thousand miles a year around Ryedale and this will be a wonderful route to take cyclists a safe way into Malton. However as it currently stands I am afraid it is of no use whatsoever. I am unable to take my bike up it!

@British_Airways Please can you tell me if we need a PCR/Antigen test to fly with BA to Albania? There are no requirements for Albania, but do you need a test to leave UK on a BA Flight. I am aware of testing requirements to return. My query relates to flying out on BA. Thanks
