Managing debt is part of building #wealth.
Simple rule:
Pay off high-interest #debt first.
If your debt costs 20% #interest but your #investments earn 8%…
The math matters. Reduce bad debt. Improve #cashflow.
Then invest consistently.
That’s a smarter financial foundation.
What's one of my #goals? Generate $1000 per month in #dividend#income.
I have 2 #ETFs in my plan $HMAX & $NVHE.
Currently #reinvesting everything back into $NVHE due to the lower cost per share and higher payout.
At $0.25 a share I'll need 2000 shares to make $500 per month.
It's June. A new round of #dividend payout are coming. Watching your #assets grow builds the abundance mindset.
You have to balance it with the rest of your life though.
Success isn't only #financial. #Relationships with depth and #character are powerful for #success.
One of the biggest wealth lessons from The Richest Man in Babylon:
“Pay yourself first.”
Before bills.
Before spending.
Before lifestyle upgrades.
Keep a portion of everything you earn and invest it.
That’s how wealth begins.
