I was in Rwanda, and as a tourist, I really didn’t know the citizens were still very emotional about the 1994 genocide. Casually asked one of the guys that took me around if he was Hutu or Tutsi, and mans broke into tears. It was painful to see, so I had to quickly switch the topic to their agriculture and export produces.
