Christian County freshman Landon Hunt won the Region 2 golf tournament today. You’ll see his winning putt as a Max’s moment later tonight. Hopkinsville’s Joey Falco advances to state also. And you’ll see his putt that clinched his spot here later tonight as well.

Christian County’s Landon Hunt won the Middle School Regional Championship in a playoff in Calvert City.
He’ll play in the state tournament next week in Bardstown.
What a cool moment: Hopkinsville’s Jadon Snorton hit a walk-off, inside-the-park home run Saturday, lifting the Christian County @SpecialOlympics softball team to a @sokentucky Region 1 Championship and a berth in the state tournament. Jadon is one of the sweetest kids. And FAST!
In high school Trey Shirley was a standout in basketball when all of sudden he lost feeling in his fingers and toes. He was battling transverse myelitis which inflamed his spinal cord. He was in a wheelchair for a time.
