Now it’s cooled down a bit (and wow it was hot earlier!!) there’s still time to cast your vote for LCC Bruntingthorpe Division so why not go to your polling station before they close at 10pm. #VoteConservative
Here’s a selection of the Polling stations across the Bruntingthorpe Division that I’ve visited today. Always nice to thank the Officers for being there for 15 hours!
Note the stunning St Helens Church, Saddington. What a beautiful place to cast your vote. Polling closes 10pm.
Polls are open until 10pm. It’s a lovely day for a stroll to your Polling Station, then #VoteConservative for #Bruntingthorpe Division LCC. Don’t forget photo ID.
Election Day tomorrow, if you want to keep an efficient, cost effective, Leicestershire County Council with excellent services, then #VoteConservative for Bruntingthorpe Division. If elected, I promise to represent all residents across the Division. Don’t forget to take photo ID
Rupert Lowe “Would I vote for Reform? No, is the honest answer. Britain doesn’t need a protest, it needs a plan - Reform has not presented anything near one.”
“So please tell me, where are the comprehensive local election policies? On potholes, social care, high street renewal, bins, public transport, housing policies, education, SEND support, children’s care, planning, business rates, parking. I could go on. Can you name one proper detailed local election policy? I can’t.”
Another of my commitments is to lobby for better pothole repairs across the Division. LCC do a great job responding to potholes but have to keep coming back again and again. I would like to see better, permanent repairs. #VoteConservative
As a follow up to yesterday’s post regarding Fleckney village completely leafleted, my thanks to all the support from @SLConservatives who came out in force! #VoteConservative LCC Bruntingthorpe
Yesterday there was 2 council by-elections. Reform didn’t win any. Yet we are told that they’ll be our next government, not a chance. They’ll be lucky to get 100 seats. A vote for Reform is a vote for Labour or the Lib Dem’s. They are the reason why Labour has a huge majority
Had a full day today out and about in lovely Fleckney. Met a number of residents on my travels and really positive feedback received. Not long to go now to the day! #VoteConservative for Bruntingthorpe LCC
The more a family has of its own money to spend, the more independent it is of the state. The more that is taken away from that family by taxation, the more the family are under the heel of the state. And that is where socialism wants them.

One of my commitments if elected on 1st May is to continue the fight to stop the Misterton Mega Quarry. I recorded this short video a few weeks ago when the weather was a bit cooler!! Have a look at what will be lost if this horrendous proposal gets the go ahead.
