In this study we aimed to identify and map available evidence on key characteristics of multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) within diagnosis and treatment of people with diabetes and comorbidities 🔎

We found that the MDTs were characterized by high heterogeneity in their outline yet seem to be both effective and cost-effective in the context of diagnosis and treatment of people with diabetes and comorbidities!

Our explorative study found a ⬇️ in NRS, ⬆️ in conditioned pain modulation and sleep quality after 8 weeks of ABD-exercise. ⬆️temporal summation of pain and ⬇️NRS at baseline predicted the response post-exercise (33.8%). Many Q's remain!
