At two local HS, the basketball programs are averaging a new head coach every 2.2 & 2.7 years. At some point the question has to be asked: “Is the problem really the coaches?” Maybe it’s time for some administrative self-reflection!!Successful programs are built by hiring “realistically”, not “politically”. #WhatWins💯

@RaphealDavis3 I'm glad that a few people in indiana knows what it takes to get to the next level for those kids that want it.
There's far to many coaches at the HS level that do absolutely nothing and diminish ideas or thoughts of kids playing at a high level

bullshit write ups ungodly amount of hyped write ups then the kid goes on to play at college that's way in over their heads then a yr later they transfer again
