We enjoyed making bird nesting boxes today with Steve. We put them up around the school. #RSPB We are always happy to help our wildlife 🌲🕊️

Caerdydd enjoyed a crisp and frosty day at Newport wetlands yesterday.
We had a very busy day making Habitats,bug hunting,natural art and finishing off with a lovely walk around the reserve!

We had a lot of fun completing a scavenger hunt then making a piece of natural art. As you can see from the photos we have some very creative children in Year 6 🍃🍂🍁

Big news!!!!! We have an egg - our very first egg from our family of chickens. The children were very excited! To be honest, so were the staff 🐓 🥚😀

2nd of our fossil lessons today at coastal school…oh, and lunch with the seagulls again!. 😂 There’s definitely some budding palaeontologists in year 4.😁😁😁

3 members of our eco team attended the national ECO conference @bedwelltyhouse. They enjoyed all the activities from the games to the planting.

We had a brilliant day with our fundraising walk today for our chicks 🐣 stay tuned next week to see how much we have managed to raise for our chicken coop 🐓
