@British_Airways I filled out all the forms and attached receipts. The site fails at the very last step and all the information I entered for hours has been lost! I just tried again and the same result. Another hour lost. This is totally unacceptable.

@British_Airways I was able to contact BA service center and got a Thursday flight to FCO. That makes 4 nights unintended stay in London. I hope the flight goes on time tomorrow.
