En big 2025, je vois des tweets de gens qui découvrent enfin que l’émergence accélérée de l’IA générative et des systèmes cognitifs automatisés rendent obsolètes non seulement certaines tâches mais l’ensemble de filières professionnelles historiquement stables.

D’ailleurs avant même que l’IA devienne une tendance, on peut voir depuis plus d’une décennie que des plateformes d’apprentissage à grande échelle comme Coursera démontrent empiriquement qu’un individu motivé peut acquérir en quelques mois un niveau de compétence équivalent à celui de cursus de Master avec un alignement immédiat sur les technologies et méthodologies les plus récentes.

Pourtant, la persistance du fétichisme du diplôme dans le marché du travail français (un biais institutionnalisé dans les pratiques de recrutement) maintient artificiellement la demande pour des parcours académiques lents, coûteux et décalés par rapport aux cycles d’innovation.

Mais la chose que je trouve la plus marrante perso c’est que parmi ceux qui annonçaient depuis dix ans la « disruption » imminente de l’éducation et du travail, on retrouve de nombreux cabinets de conseil. Ces mêmes consultants souvent rémunérés pour livrer des slides de 80 pages pleines de jargon autoréférentiel découvrent aujourd’hui que leur propre proposition de valeur (analyse générique BS et benchmarks recyclés) est précisément le type de production cognitive que l’IA peut automatiser à coût marginal nul.

En ce sens les prophètes de l’obsolescence deviennent ainsi les premières victimes de leur propre oracle et ça oui c’est très drôle mdr

Sachez une chose : à l’ère de l’automatisation cognitive, la vraie valeur ne réside plus dans la possession d’un titre figé, ni dans la capacité à emballer l’évidence dans un PowerPoint mais dans l’aptitude mesurable à apprendre, DÉSAPPRENDRE et réapprendre en cycles rapides.

Je pense que ce changement n’est pas une menace pour l’enseignement supérieur mais plutôt une opportunité historique de réinventer un système qui au lieu de transmettre un corpus stable deviendrait une infrastructure d’itération continue de compétences et résiliente aux disruptions technologiques.

Bref, j’ai été un peu long même si j’ai encore énormément de choses à dire si ce sujet qui me passionne dans la mesure où l’éducation est à l’intersection d’énormément d’enjeux extrêmement stratégiques pour l’avenir.
