There are couples where both partners have state plus high professional/private pensions but there are those with modest professional/ pensions and others on just state pension or pension credit

I hope there's a fireguard behind the wee girl. My mother lived in fear of me catching fire and took great care to purchase non-flammable dressing gowns and nighties.
