@jlopes_44@markkaplan20 I treat stroke patients in the hospital. Almost always they have low LDL cholesterol. Usually below 60. I had a patient last week with an LDL of 30 with a life altering stroke. He’d been on Statins for years!
@jlopes_44@markkaplan20 I guess you are on the right path if you still believe that LDL cholesterol is the reason for heart disease. An LDL of 54 is concerning when you consider what LDL does and how important it is to our body/brain.
@Mangan150 True! I ask my patients in the hospital if they think diabetes is genetic. The majority of them say yes and their doctor told them that.😡 This leaves them with no hope of getting rid of it. My diabetic patients get 50-80 carbs for each meal. 😳
@wilsonhlthcoach OMG! This is exactly what happens! I’ve worked in a hospital for 20+ years. I look at the history of my patients and they only got worse over time with more meds!
My sister has been ruined by treatments/drugs for 20 years including ECT. I gave her a copy of a Ketogenic Diet and she brought it to her doctor who said, “This is a great diet if you want to get heart disease.” 😡 Ignorant doctors out there and patients who trust that they are treating them properly. My sister is a shell of herself. She has Dyskinesia for decades of SSRIs. No doubt my sister would improve on that diet. I feel hopeless because she’s on so many meds for so many years.
@JohnBeaudoinSr@MdBreathe Have you tried the Carnivore Diet? People who have chronic pain have reported significant relief. It’s an anti inflammatory diet. Your knee is likely inflamed. Also, look into DMSO.
Totally agree! I work in a hospital and it’s a very rare thing that I see someone who is not on 5-10 medications! And they are not healthier because of it. I had a patient yesterday that had a heart attack. He needed 3 stents. He’s been a diabetic for 20 years. Taking statins, insulin, high blood pressure meds and more just like his doc told him and here he is with blockages! He did not know diabetes is curable until I told him. His doctors never discussed his diet. It’s really sick what’s going on!
@Mangan150 So true! I work in a hospital. I have not seen one doc in a long time who appears fit/healthy. Most have metabolic syndrome. It’s easy to see.
