@Nathan88030896 Great question! Nathan 👋 With Tangem, your phone is only the interface, while your private keys remain securely stored on the card’s secure chip. If your phone is lost, damaged, or replaced, you can restore access by installing the Tangem app on a new device and tapping one of your backup cards.
@MomLightCapital Hi! Yes, it's supported 🙂 On Polygon, USDT has been upgraded by Tether to USDT0, so in Tangem it shows up as USDT0. Search "USDT0" in Manage tokens and enable the Polygon network — it's the same token contract, so your balance will appear there.
@IptvAzores Hi! Great question. Our device is designed with security as a priority, with private keys stored securely on the card’s chip and never exposed outside the device. We’d be happy to better understand your concerns, though. If there’s something specific you’ve heard or encountered that raised doubts, feel free to share it, and i can provide the relevant information and guidance.

@dividendsguy702 Hi 👋 , thanks for flagging this. We’re aware of reports that staked ZBCN positions and order history aren’t loading in the SuperApp for some users, while the underlying wallet balance in Tangem remains visible.
Your tokens remain on-chain and are not missing from the protocol. The display issue is tied to how the SuperApp indexes active stake orders. Have you tried updating the device firmware version?
@lafamiliacrypto While our device does not support in-app "native" staking for Flare directly inside the main App interface, you can stake, wrap, or delegate FLR using your device by connecting to Flare portal directly.
