@HMRCcustomers why has the cheque to me been stopped again? I rang you and you said there was no issue at your end; and just to pay it in in branch. I did this and it was stopped again by you.
@HMRCgovuk Hi. Just located the documentation - this amount does relate to my late mother's income tax. Your colleague on the phone confirmed there is no reason why the cheque would not be paid. My bank said it had been stopped by the issuer (HMRC). He suggests trying to pay it in again.
@HMRCgovuk It was either PAYE or in relation to the tax affairs of my recently deceased mother, Patricia Gordon. The reference on the cheque is 72/W6. It is for £742.80.
Keeping Care Alive: Hospices in Crisis? Tonight
8.30pm @ITV1 / @ITVX With @DanielHewittITV and @PaulBrandITV
Hospices in Britain help hundreds of thousands of people through some of the hardest times, offering vital end-of-life care, respite for caregivers, and bereavement counselling. But with the cost of care soaring, the current funding model—where on average only about a third of support comes from the NHS and central government—has left many #hospices facing a financial crisis. Increasingly, they rely on donations from cake sales, fun runs, and the generosity of strangers to make up the shortfall, with some now facing the difficult prospect of cutting services or even closing their doors. ITV’s @DanielHewittITV asks what is key to preserving dignity in end-of-life care.
So, here it is at long last! The full series of Gary's Running Journey!
I'm not so quietly proud of this one but would love more people to give it ago. Please watch and share if you can! Thanks hun x
