I was commissioned by @londonplus18 to write a report on the role of the voluntary and community sector during lockdown. You can read the report here: https://t.co/AyuQDQSqmp. London would have ground to a halt without the extraordinary work of volunteers and charities.
We are deeply saddened to hear the news yesterday about the huge loss of Dr Edgar Cahn.
Edgar was both a friend & mentor to our team, sharing his ideas & words of wisdom across the Tempo portfolio. Our thoughts are with Edgar's family & friends.
He leaves such a huge legacy.

11:45 AM: I have a meeting in 15 minutes.
11:55 AM: 5 minutes until the meeting starts.
11:57 AM: I could join now, but then I’d be early.
12:05 PM: And...I’m late.
Thank you @TheAmandaGorman
These final few words are something else.
For there is always light.
If only we are brave enough to see it.
If only we are brave enough to be it.
@ThirdSectorLab We have run a community currency since 2008 in a paper format. The currency recognises the time that people volunteer. We have now moved the currency online and are beginning to roll it out across the UK.
@ThirdSectorLab We've released an MVP that has been rigorously tested by users through 3 releases of low-res & high-res design, and through a live test after deployment.
Happy to chat if it is of interest.
We're delighted to share the results of our latest report Evaluation of Impact Tempo Time Credits 2020 highlighting key benefits of volunteering and involvement in our network. Read the full report on https://t.co/9ApFWUGGZw.
