@matt_horncastle hey - they can borrow against that 'inflated asset price' - the bank lends them more money...this can be treated as income from their perspective and is tax free

May's record set last month, this one in June is likely to knock off the all-time June temp of 35.6 from the infamous 1976 heatwave.

Think they need to add a personal allowance section for the first 25k of income to be tax-exempt as well.
Those on the lower income would need all the additional help they can get.
