@ProudBrit19 @forensic_m If it has a petrol engine, like this Volvo, it is not an EV. Also if it was an EV, the drive train would be under the Volvo 8 year-warranty. This is due to the inverter been integrated into the drive unit.. On hybrids the invertor is separate.

@zatzi @xtinethomas01 Heat pump tumble driers use about 600-900 watts compared to 2000-3000w of a standard one and they take about 20% longer per load. So basically unless you are the type of person who can’t multitask and do other things whist the drier is in they are far superior.
