@ESPNFANSUPPORT@espn @ESPNBetSupport Cade Smith 08/22 did not record an out and allowed 3 hits and 2ER with a blown save. Yet his stats are not being counted.
We are witnessing a judicial insurrection in the United States, where rogue Democrat-aligned radical judges are asserting unprecedented power, acting as if they hold more authority than the President.
Federal judges have blocked executive orders on issues like immigration and energy policy, citing broad interpretations of their judicial mandate, even when the President’s actions fall within constitutional bounds.
There is a deliberate effort to undermine the elected executive, with judges behaving as political activists rather than impartial arbiters. Their actions, such as issuing nationwide injunctions as if they were freaking lollipops from district courts, disrupt governance and elevate the judiciary above the democratic will, creating a dangerous precedent where the balance of power tilts toward an unaccountable elite.
This judicial overreach is eroding the separation of powers and public trust in institutions. When judges act as de facto policymakers, they disenfranchise voters who elected the President to execute a specific agenda.
Historical parallels, like the Warren Court’s expansive rulings in the mid-20th century, pale in comparison to today’s brazen judicial activism, which mirrors authoritarian tactics seen in countries like Brazil, where courts have suppressed political opponents under the guise of protecting democracy.
We are being held hostage under a juristocracy where unelected judges dictate national policy, paralyzing the executive and legislature branches. And it’s only getting worse.
We are barreling towards a constitutional crisis. One that will undermine 250 years of jurisprudence in America.
If the SCOTUS decision doesn’t reign in these outrageous judges, Congress better get prepared to act because once we cross a certain point there will be no going back.
@GovKathyHochul As a Queens resident who has to drive to into the congestion price zone every single day to perform my job duties as a courier, I can unequivocally state this is false. There has not been any reduction in traffic or commute time. It's time you held the MTA accountable instead.
This is Babylon Village, New York
Mayor Mary Adams angrily tries to have a man speaking removed for just asking questions, she tells him “I’m not answering any questions”
She says “you’re in my house now” and demands he stops speaking and threatens his forced removal. She then tells the security he can’t even be in the building
The man is forced to hide behind the door even though he’s done nothing wrong and everyone there sides with him. Mayor Mary Adams then tells her security to call the police
Then Mayor Mary Adams repeatedly shuts down every resident who tries to talk or ask any questions
You are not governed, you are ruled.
