England Players & Coaching Staff had ALL agreed to travel and were happy to play.

@FA hadn't secured a doctor

@FA hadn't booked flights
@FA hadn't booked hotel

Withdrawing has been the long term plan by @FA all along.

Are you not worried @KellySimmo1 that like previous strategies written by the @FA that if the going gets a little tough, these will be washed away and replaced with something else that suits them more? How do we even know this will bear fruit in 4 yrs or even 2?
