the finale of MRS DAVIS is out now. i am so grateful to have been part of such a brilliant group of writers on this show. it was a true joy to write this ambitious & bonkers season with them and i feel like that joy is in every frame of every episode. i hope you like it. ❤️
but writers are currently being squeezed out and it is becoming increasingly difficult to make a living as a writer in the industry. the exploitation we are facing is the same exploitation that every field is facing, and that is what we are fighting against. wga strong!
episode 107 (the penultimate episode!) of MRS DAVIS is out today. i co-wrote it with the incredible @jkning. i hope you watch it because, among all the things i've ever written, it is one of the pieces of writing i am proudest of.
and more than anything i would love for all the writers of the future who have yet to come into this industry — and especially our poc, queer, and/or other traditionally underrepresented future writers — to have the ability to write and thrive here. because we need you.
