@AmazonHelp In another twist of Amazon incompetence I have just received an email telling me you have charged me for not returning an item… this is the very item that was NOT delivered! How the hell can I return something you didn’t deliver to me… absolutely disgraceful

@AmazonUK Ordered over 25 items of that 6 of them were not delivered (although they were shown as delivered) I’ve had replacements for some but not all.. once the replacements arrive I will delete the app as I’ve received no explanation or apology! Will teach me to use Amazon

Congratulations to @AlistairCarns who has been appointed new Veterans Minister. Al served 24 years in the Royal Marines and reached the rank of Colonel, left the military in May this year to run in the general election.

He was awarded the Military Cross for his actions in Afghanistan and will now run the Office for Veterans Affairs for the new government.

Good effort Royal.
