. @British_Airways - 48 hours delayed, emergency landings, drags us back to the airport then cancelled the flight and ship us back to a crap hotel, then you send us this - what on earth are you doing as a company?
@British_Airways Wonderfully helpful Ste, Iβm stuck in a crap hotel, no cash, no Uber, how am I supposed to get to the airport? I paid for a transfer, tbh I paid for a working plane as well and you canβt even provide that.
