This is true, code evolved from low level languages to high level languages and now AI generated is like the final boss. What makes a good engineer has always been designing/maintaining complex and large systems.

Whatever your take on this, writing code has always been tremendously easy compared to designing/maintaining large systems. The best engineers in the world are the best because of this stuff.

Currently LLMs will not save you from bad architectural decisions. You need to constrain them to do the right thing.

My take on this, let’s just get rid of the form entirely.

Nobody fills it out properly. Handwriting is unreadable. People lie about details like cash, items, where they’re staying etc. The data is never meaningfully used.
