Have you either 1) substantiated why thay *should* be the case, or 2) at leas shown that the portrayed composition in the game is not in keeping with reality?

I see Mueller confirmed that the OLC opinion on indicting a sitting President was not the determinant factor in his abdication/declination decision. I won't hold my breath for mea culpas from people who said the opinion was the ONLY reason Trump wasn't charged.

@Zman1863 It is an overstep because the scope and purpose of the Special Counsel's report is defined by law. It is not, and never was, Mueller's authority or task to speak to Congress on these issues.
