UTTERLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL: President Donald Trump signed two executive orders targeting the Constitution’s guarantee of birthright citizenship despite a recent Supreme Court ruling upholding it.

One order declares “alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations and large categories of people who lobby an act on behalf of foreign governments” Stephen Miller said.

The second order denies visas for individuals engaged in “birth tourism,” Miller said.
