FUX DERRUBA DECISÃO ABSURDA, ESDRÚXULA, AÉTICA E ABSOLUTAMENTE ILEGAL E DESMORALIZA DINO

O ministro Luiz Fux, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), derrubou nesta segunda-feira (28) ordem de Flávio Dino e determinou novamente a suspensão de publicações sobre Nossa Senhora Aparecida. O magistrado deu 24 horas para o cumprimento da decisão e pediu que a medida seja analisada pelo plenário da corte.

Na condição de ministro do Trubunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), André Mendonça havia determinado, na sexta (25), a derrubada de publicações que tratassem como verídica a notícia falsa de que Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) iria retirar de Nossa Senhora Aparecida o título de padroeira do Brasil.

Na decisão provisória, ainda pendente de confirmação pelo plenário do TSE, Mendonça ordenou que as redes sociais "atuem preventivamente contra a disseminação dos conteúdos" que tratam do tema, classificado por ele de "notoriamente inverídico". Também afirmou que os provedores deveriam indisponibilizar imediatamente as publicações que reproduzam essa notícia falsa mesmo sem uma nova ordem judicial específica para isso.

A campanha de Flávio Bolsonaro recorreu a Fux após Dino, no domingo (27), liberar publicações na internet sobre Nossa Senhora Aparecida. Fux é relator da ação do Marco Civil da Internet.

A notícia falsa de que Flávio, se eleito, pretende retirar o título da santa de padroeira do Brasil viralizou nos últimos dias e tem preocupado a campanha do senador. Com o pedido, o candidato do PL buscava restabelecer a ordem de Mendonça.

"A questão se torna ainda mais sensível no ambiente eleitoral, em que a informação falsa pode alcançar milhões de pessoas antes que qualquer reparação posterior produza efeito útil, comprometendo a própria legitimidade do processo eleitoral, dadas as exiguidades dos prazos", escreveram os advogados de Flávio.

Em sua decisão, Fux justificou a adoção da medida citando, entre outros argumento, a proximidade das eleições. "O referendo [da decisão de Dino] foi designado para 'sessão presencial', sem data; se sobrevier após o pleito, qualquer que seja o seu resultado, terá perdido a utilidade – pressuposto inerente à tutela de urgência", afirmou.

O magistrado disse ainda que sua decisão não "cassa" a do colega, apenas "suspende-lhe os efeitos externos até a deliberação do colegiado", em referência ao plenário do Supremo.

O presidente do STF, Edson Fachin, sinalizou que deve levar o caso a deliberação pelo pleno nesta quarta (30).

🚨 76-YEAR-OLD WITH GLEASON 7 PROSTATE CANCER TAKES IVERMECTIN. 12 WEEKS LATER, PET SCAN SHOWS NOTHING.

A doctor shared the story of a 76-year-old veteran who had been diagnosed with Gleason 7 prostate cancer.

According to the doctor, the patient began taking 12 mg of Ivermectin daily.

After eight weeks, he continued with follow-up testing.

At around 12 weeks, he underwent a specialized PET scan looking for abnormalities associated with the prostate.

The doctor says the scan could no longer find the cancerous abnormalities.

There was another change too.

His PSA, which had been 12.6 when the cancer was initially diagnosed, had dropped to 5.3.

That is a significant change in the numbers the doctor shared.

The story raises an obvious question about the potential role of Ivermectin in prostate cancer, particularly given the growing interest in repurposing older medicines for oncology.
