Occasionally it's the Air Ambulance. They're great. But mostly it seems to be charter flights.

I was really hoping that with @RishiSunak's utterly destructive and selfish use of helicopters ending with his govt, that this constant source of stress would decrease.

I am in West London where every 10 minutes a helicopter is flying past. It is causing me increasing amounts of rage - it's very loud.

Here, every single day brings multiple helicopters past. They can be every hour or even more frequently when the flight path is like the one shown, circling around the area. The noise is massively damaging to mental health, causing a constant level of stress.
