Is Assam the only state that is going to conduct board exams? Logic? There are more than 45k cases still active in the state. Plus PM himself announced cancellation of Cbse board exams citing safety of students days ago. @himantabiswa

The positivity rate argument given by Hon'ble @CMOfficeAssam is highly irrational, illogical and lacks merit. Positivity rate at a given date has no relevance after 15 days. The data (rate) is very dynamic. #Students of #assamboard need not worry. Have faith in #Judiciary.
