Ten yrs. ago, I saw the need to found a new school @MorganStateU to educate journalists of the future. I wanted a Dean with vision and experience to make it happen. Noted journalist DeWayne Wickham was that leader. Yesterday, we gathered to thank him. @SGJCMSU

This week in lecture, one of the topics we discussed was “Health Campaigns”. Back in 7th grade health class, we had to create a health campaign for the topic of our choosing. My partner and I chose childhood obesity. Has anyone else had this assignment in health class?
My wishes for this semester are to be successful in all my courses this semester. I want to try new things and open more doors this year. This week it was really nice to be back in class with Professor Moon and attend Morgan State’s student organizations meeting.#SCOMUP
As the first week of classes is coming to an end I am excited to see what the semester has in store for me. I hope to build new relationships, strengthen the ones I have and grow as a creative. Here’s to a great semester!🎊 #SCOMUP
This week was the first of classes and I am so excited to embark on the journey! In Health 303 we created our accounts to begin our health literacy certification. So excited to see what the school year has in store!

This week in my health communications course, we created CDC train accounts. This will allow us to earn certificates! CDC Training is a great opportunity to enhance our skills. We also went over course expectations and the syllabus. I can't wait for what's next!
