@silasdhouse My family is from Tampico and I lived there for 10 years as well. After leaving Tampico we lived in Galveston. Almost all my life I lived on the Gulf Coast. Flooding by water from the Gulf or the sky isn't a joke. Tampico was hit by 3 in one month in 1955 and will never recover
