1) New users can still sign up but they will not be able to deposit capital into Income: Funding Rates.

2) Already existing users will continue to be able to deposit more capital or withdraw from the strategy - no change to existing functionality.

3) Withdrawals from Income: Funding Rates are, as always, open and instant for everybody

4) Expect new announcements soon.
