@VirginAtlantic been 2.5 weeks now and STILL no update on my lost luggage Same Email daily to say “good news we’ve found your bag it’s cleared customs…” funny considering I’m now BACK in the UK!tracing link doesn’t display any updates and trying to speak to a human is impossible

@QLidth @VirginAtlantic So frustrating and unacceptable! They cannot just keep saying they have found it but it’s still delayed!
