@gatewoodrod @blairvic02 When it comes to this, the parent who pays court ordered child support only has to pay what is ordered. That is it. If they do pay or buy things outside the order, most courts consider it as a gift. The order protects both parents in a way.

@martinmasrna When you are working within your spark you WILL obtain flow and become hyperfocused. No matter the task. Even stuff you don't want to do. You just acknowledge the your currently desire and the spark that lights it and work within that until that desire is fulfilled.

[John At Jorbins @JorbinsMagazine]

@martinmasrna These sparks are based upon your current needs/energy. Instead of external rewards for dopamine, you fulfill your current state/need and are rewarded instantly. Huberman has said that doing the task should be the reward. This is how it happens. You are fulfilling your needs.

@BruceSheridan12 @fabuloushippy Good luck to anyone in the area. We were driving home from Estes Park along the Big Thompson river through the canyon when the fire first started. It escalated quickly to the side of the mountain we were in. It was very intense and down right frightening.

[John At Jorbins @JorbinsMagazine]

@HotshotWake We just got home in Nebraska. We were driving along the Big Thompson river headed home when the fire first started. The further we drove we watched the fire escalate quickly and got massive. We have some good pictures along that route.
