@KabbieArlish @marquisele Right but ordering a meal isn't habitual in my opinion, unless you are ordering the same thing from the same place every day. It probably could be if you eat at a cafeteria or something but like I wouldn't consider that to be a habit, I would consider that to be a choice.
@marquisele But also I think sometimes people misuse the word habits, when they really just mean choices. Like people will be like "develop healthy habits" but like, idk what that means LOL
@marquisele Yeah I think of a habit is like biting your nails -- like something you do without thinking. And you can develop habits by doing things intentionally on a regular basis until they become second nature/you do them without thinking. That's why habits are hard to break --
