Choice would just lead to other schools in the area becoming overcrowded and therefore lowering their quality.

1. Abundant opportunity in the form of good schools from property taxes since those houses are well off.
2. Less people turn to crime to make money directly because they dont need to it to live.

Often, however, many dont get scouted and now they have no other way of improving their lives other than working to death.

Their parents are going to be living paycheck to paycheck with now way of getting enough money to either improve their community or leaving it.

Introduce more opportunities=less gangs and less dead fathers.
