@VerverkS@tonytribby@CorieWhalen 20 years plus another 15 suspended. Plus he has an active secondary case that would carry an additional 20 years minimum. It also would allow the judge to revoke the suspension giving him an additional 15 years and that’s minimum. Dude is gone for life
@harlemoz@jeffzrebiec Asked just a smidge too early for a solid answer there! In case you haven’t seen it Anthony Weaver just announced returning as DC. Good hire imo.
❌ John Harbaugh Fired:
“WTF?! He won a Super Bowl 13 years ago! He didn’t turnover the ball. Terrible move!”
✅ Sean McDermott Fired:
“He won 5 straight division titles and has 2 AFCCG appearances in 9 seasons, but I understand. Sometimes change is needed to get over the hump.”
@eddsundquist@AdamSchefter To the outside fans it looks like Lamar falls short in the playoffs when in actuality we were outcoached in every single playoff loss. No adjustments when down, would stray from our identity randomly, lack of team discipline led to stupid self-inflicted wounds. Lots of stuff
@gerritwult@Dr_Toboggan__69@ToddFuhrman@BetMGM Agreed, which is why the common opponents changes things. They were even 1-1 in who had the better victory before NCSt & Cuse. Pitt is huge since both teams played them in November and Miami had the better margin of victory. Not saying it’s a sure thing but I can see it
@SMacFhilib@TRN1993@ToddFuhrman@BetMGM Correct, I should have been more clear. Two ADDITIONAL common opponents this week. Syracuse is point ND and NC State is point Miami. Both Pitt and Stanford go to Miami so 3-1 Miami for who had the best wins in common games up from 1-1
@Dr_Toboggan__69@ToddFuhrman@BetMGM I have no dog in this fight but clearly the committee does take them seriously since they’re barely outside the cut margin. Game flow is irrelevant comparative to results and the results are two common opponents and a H2H all of which favor Miami. Scoreboard over eye test
@TRN1993@ToddFuhrman@BetMGM It’s v dumb but I expect it to change now that there are also two common opponents, particularly Pitt who played ND and Miami at Pitt in the last three weeks and Miami had the better margin of victory
@Dr_Toboggan__69@ToddFuhrman@BetMGM ND has a clear path to getting bumped out. Miami at 12 is a threat given the head to head. That hasn’t been a consideration yet but Vegas is likely hedging on the comparison given they now have two common opponents (Stanford and Pitt) both Miami advantages on top of H2H
@hahahaawwww@AdamLaManque@ParkerThune Everyone keeps saying they’re a lock at 10-2, but idk. Lower SOS, 25 pt uncompetitive loss to UGA, UF loss they never led and worse than the 8 pt box score says, and two OT wins vs bad SEC teams. Even OU has an asterisk bc of Mateer’s health
@glynch1234 @RealSkipBayless Tested or not, good is good. I look at what your opponents did to others vs what they do to you. In both OU’s and tOSU’s case I’d say they’ve earned the high praise. Game changers all over each defense. Plays are there to be made on both, but still great
