Fan sentiment sounds like it was made as loud & clear as possible yday. Owners will do what they are going to do, a few extra tweets @ ing Couhig won't make a difference. Give yourself the best chance of being excited about a new season when it comes and takes a break from it all
Now that we are done with this horrible end to a season, I honestly urge everyone to stop tweeting about Reading. Go take a break, watch a different sport, enjoy the build up to WC whatever just actively try not to think about this club for at least a month.
@harry_chafer@Readingfanman@TheTilehurstEnd Elite members that attend majority of home games over several years will jump to front of queue for prime away games. But basically I agree with you. On principle I disagree with disparity on points accumulated but in practical terms I see elite appealing to very very few ppl.
@Readingfanman@TheTilehurstEnd even that feels a stretch, we get season ticket holders of what 6-8K something like that right?? Do you really think 1 in 15 ppl are gonna spend the guts of double a season ticket just to get first dibs on away tickets 2yrs out? Elite will appeal to a very small number of ppl imo
@Readingfanman@TheTilehurstEnd Right, Core Vs Essential in your first message is where I was getting a little mixed. I get the sentiment but the last bit isn't really true right because it assumes we sell enough Elite to cover entire away attendance entitlements. Elite costs 80% more than a ST
@Readingfanman@TheTilehurstEnd I might be getting muddled with the tier terminology but in your scenario of an essential member missing out on the popular away game, how many home games is the essential member going to on top of their 70% of away games?

More of what reads to me as complete own goals from Richardson today. I can't really wrap my head around the thinking either. I can understand going all out to win this game. Even if I don't think scraping more wins is what LR needs, I get wanting to go into next yr off some wins
it's funny the little things that can push you over the edge. The young subs getting so little game time in that non-event of a match has really wound me up
Such a shame we've had to watch so much of Nyambe's time here as a RWB. IMO clearly a solid, high performing RB but he's miles off being a functional RWB
I don't really understand why LR is not being more 'selfish' with his decision last week and today. Had some pretty easy self preservation choices since Doncaster and isn't really doing any of them
This is rubbish. If it was rubbish with 3&4 youngsters involved I could write it off but rubbish with the strongest possible team we can muster is pretty grim.
@Readingfanman yeah probably but it's the usual suspects that don't know how to express themselves so lash out at everything. I get being sick to the back teeth of LR, but to call today must win is nonsensical when the result is one of least relevant aspects of today
Generally I thought we were fine today against a tough opponent. Tried to press high and some joy from it. I was worried about the 541 but in pressing high it did get an extra man forward than we have been doing. I do think the players looked up for it as well.
hard to say what would've felt acceptable out of a game like that. Beyond the results part of the season so the fact we didn't win doesn't matter so much is assessing it

I get the injuries and I also get that it's Cardiff and they are good and they are going to probably have 70% of the ball and I get the young players are untested and probably need to get out on loan first but... that XI is depressing. Kelvin in for a lonely game
