I once worked for 2 weeks in pharmacy (before requesting a store relocation) without breaks and lunches- and realized how valuable personal time was for employees to fully "reset" during a work day. We award breaks and lunches at Freshen Up HQ, and are typically very lenient between tasks and can manufacturing. 😎

👉Check your state's lunch and break policy and hold your employers accountable!

He used a past example from one of his older jobs that never awarded breaks and lunches to employees.
